Movil Tours is an interprovincial passenger transportation company founded in 1988. Currently, the company offers bus tickets for routes that cover the western and eastern sectors of the country from south to north, connecting the cities of Chiclayo, Cajamarca, Trujillo, Lima, Nazca, Cusco, Arequipa, and Tacna, among others.
To achieve all the objectives we set out, we established a comprehensive communication strategy that ranged from the creation of the brand's foundations to comprehensive digital management. We also implemented our SSG tool to analyze performance by type of publication and action sought, and based on that information we were able to identify what makes visitors decide to go to the shopping cart for each type of content shared.
In order to achieve the objectives set for Movil Tours, we provided social media management services, content creation, advertising, SSG implementation and website management.
We managed to multiply the traffic indicators to the shopping cart by 5 times and reduced the cost per visit through Facebook by 6 times. 950% growth in the number of fans on the Facebook page. Also, Reporting was automated to have instant reports and real-time data for making optimization decisions.
